Longview-based Lodging Host Hotel Corp. is preparing to open a new 100-room Residence Inn by Marriott at 3661 Estes Parkway. Owned by Palisades Hospitality and developed and managed by Lodging Host, the new extended-stay property represents continued investment in the company’s East Texas home market.
