Since it's founding in 1984 by Kevin Hilchey, out of a spare bedroom in his home in Longview, TX, Lodging Host Hotel Corp. has grown consistently throughout the years into an award winning hotel management company. Lodging Host has provided flexible, innovative, profitable and proven solutions to lending institutions, corporate investors and individual property owners.

From development consultation, pre-opening services, re-development, and construction, to operational solutions, strategic marketing, bookkeeping services and full property management, Lodging Host Hotel Corp can provide the services that you require. 

 Lodging Host has operated over 100 different hotels under a variety of flags, branded and unbranded, of various sizes and various types of management contracts. Our properties have ranged in size from 50-room boutique beachfront hotels to 770 room luxury convention center hotels with multiple restaurants and  food and drink outlets. Along with management contracts, in the early 2000's Lodging Host began the development and ownership of select hotel projects.

Our Food and Beverage experience ranges from complimentary Continental Breakfasts all the way to Full Service Restaurants, Bars and Banquet catering, servicing up to 63,000 sq. feet of function space.

The guiding principle behind Lodging Host’s Owner-Manager relationships has always been one of transparency and the fluid sharing of information. Lodging Host has developed remote based systems that allow ownership unfettered access to their asset’s performance data. Current and past financials, as well as all contracts, brand inspection reports, STR reports, and marketing plans are available at anytime via remote access.
