Cambria Hotel Northlake Conference Center Celebrates Official Ribbon Cutting

NORTHLAKE, TX — April 28, 2026 — The Cambria Hotel Northlake Conference Center recently held its official ribbon cutting and grand opening, marking a milestone for the property, which has been open since October 2025.

The hotel includes 111 guestrooms and is part of a larger development that will offer more than 8,000 square feet of combined meeting and event space between the hotel and an adjacent conference center currently preparing for its own grand opening.

Since opening, the property has created approximately 25 jobs, with additional hiring expected as operations expand and the conference center comes online.

Located near Texas Motor Speedway and close to major employment centers such as AllianceTexas, the hotel is positioned to serve business travelers, corporate meetings, and regional events tied to ongoing commercial and industrial growth in North Fort Worth and southern Denton County.

“The grand opening marks an important milestone for the property and the community,” said Patrick Hilchey, Director of Operations, Lodging Host Hotel Corp.. “We’ve been serving guests since last fall and look forward to expanding our offerings with the upcoming conference center.”

The ribbon cutting was attended by representatives from the Town of Northlake, including Town Manager Drew Corn, the Metroport Chamber, Lodging Host Hotel Corp leadership, and Choice Hotels, along with local business and community members.

The hotel also includes an on-site restaurant and bar, Speedway Bar and Grill, as well as catering services for meetings and events.

The conference center, which will host a separate ribbon cutting in the coming weeks, is owned by the Town of Northlake and managed by Lodging Host Hotel Corp, which also operates the hotel. The arrangement reflects a public-private effort to expand meeting and event capacity and support business growth in the Northlake and Alliance corridor.

The Cambria brand is part of Choice Hotels’ upscale portfolio, which focuses on business and leisure travelers.

As development continues in the Northlake and Alliance areas, the addition of hotel rooms and meeting space is expected to support business travel and regional economic activity.
