Cambria Hotel Northlake Conference Center – Roanoke represents Lodging Host’s experience across the hotel lifecycle. From development and construction coordination through pre-opening preparation and ongoing hotel management, Lodging Host helped bring the project from concept to an operating full-service hotel and conference destination.
The property opened in October 2025 and combines a 111-room Cambria hotel with extensive meeting and event facilities serving corporate groups, sports travel, weddings, social events and the growing Northlake and Alliance markets.

From Groundbreaking to Grand Opening
Construction began in 2023, with Lodging Host involved throughout the development and pre-opening process. The completed hotel opened in October 2025, followed by its official community ribbon-cutting celebration in April 2026.
The project demonstrates Lodging Host’s ability to carry a hotel from initial development through construction, pre-opening and ongoing operations.
