Hyatt Place Dallas/Rockwall represents Lodging Host’s experience across multiple stages of the hotel lifecycle. Developed as a ground-up Hyatt project, the hotel progressed from development and construction, coordination through pre-opening preparations, and ongoing hotel management, under Lodging Host management.
The completed property brought the Hyatt brand to Rockwall and created a modern hotel positioned to serve both the area’s growing business community and travelers visiting Lake Ray Hubbard and the surrounding market.

Hyatt Place Dallas/Rockwall offers flexible meeting and event space for corporate meetings, training sessions, presentations, small conferences and social events.
Two 740-square-foot meeting rooms can be used individually or combined for larger gatherings, while a separate 639-square-foot boardroom provides an additional option for executive meetings and smaller groups. On-site catering and audiovisual capabilities further support meeting and event needs.
